Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add the FontVibe keyboard?

Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and select FontVibe. Once added, you can switch to it by tapping the globe icon on your keyboard while typing in any app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID at the top, then go to Subscriptions. Find FontVibe in the list and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Why do fonts look different in some apps?

FontVibe uses Unicode characters to create styled text. The appearance of these characters depends on the app and device that displays them. Most social media apps (Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok) support Unicode fonts well, but some messaging apps may render them differently.

How does AI Bio Writer work?

AI Bio Writer uses Apple Foundation Models that run entirely on your device. Simply describe what kind of bio you want, choose a style, and the AI generates creative text instantly. No data is sent to external servers — everything stays on your device.

Does the keyboard have Full Access?

No. The FontVibe keyboard does not require or request Full Access. It cannot access the internet, and no keystrokes are ever recorded or transmitted. Your typing is completely private.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases and refunds are managed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.
