Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FontVibe ("the app"), developed by Mete Koroglu. By downloading, installing, or using FontVibe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FontVibe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
FontVibe is a text styling application that allows you to transform text into various Unicode font styles. The app includes a custom keyboard extension, a font browser, and an AI-powered bio writer. FontVibe is intended for personal and creative use.
3. Subscription Terms
- Plan: Weekly subscription at $1.99/week.
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and upon each renewal.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for refund inquiries.
4. Intellectual Property
The FontVibe app, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mete Koroglu. The Unicode characters used for font transformations are part of the public Unicode Standard and are freely available for use.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use FontVibe responsibly and not to:
- Use the app to create or distribute offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent generated content as official communications from other entities.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
FontVibe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Styled text will display identically across all platforms and applications, as Unicode rendering depends on the receiving application and device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mete Koroglu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of FontVibe.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
